As the safety of our clients and staff is of the upmost importance, let us reassure you of the measures we have taken to make Swoon as safe as possible during your visit.

Contract

We will be sending a questionnaire link via email, regarding your recent health, that must be filled out before attending your appointment. Please ensure this is filled out before your arrival

We will use a new clean file, new apron, and new gloves for every client.We will be wearing visors, and we will also be fully sanitising nail desks and chairs between appointments.

Nail desks are 6.5 feet apart to adhere to social distancing rules

We use Navy Pro Tools which come with their own hygiene system, and Barbicide throughout the day, and all tools are disinfected in autoclave every night.

Marketing material, magazines and towels have all been removed.

Appointments will be extended by 15 minutes, to allow us to disinfect/clean fully between clients, please don't be offended when we can't blether during this time (as much as we'd like to!), we will be trying to stick to a strict time schedule.

Do not attend if you have been feeling symptoms of Covid 19, no matter how mild. Or if you have been in contact with anyone who has symptoms.

You must come alone, we will strictly have 1 person per nail tech in the studio at any one time. There is no longer a waiting area. If you need to bring anyone for health reasons, please discuss with us beforehand, and we will arrange.

​Come on time (not early). Wait outside the room and when we are ready for you, we will come and get you. You can then show us any inspo photos on your phone, (or you can send them to us on the day of your appointment). Then we will take you to the bathroom and we will wash our hands together before your treatment begins.

​Hand sanitizer and masks are provided when you enter, or feel free to wear your own face covering/mask. There will also be antibac wipes for your phone, and we ask that you keep your phone in your bag if possible.

Cup of Tea

No food or snacks to be consumed or shared during your appointment, feel free to bring a refreshment.

Helping Hand Icon

We will be trying very hard to keep to a strict time schedule to allow for cleaning between clients, please don't be offended when we can't always chat away like the old days. For this reason also, we would be so grateful if you can manage your own appointments online.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 

We are not implementing the same cancellation charges during this time, but we ask you to PLEASE give as much notice as possible.

 If you cancel within 24 hrs of your appointment, there will be a 25% charge. This covers the time taken to advertise your space on social media, and hopefully get it filled. 

​

No Shows, with no attempt to let us know you're not coming, will be charged 100% of their appointment. This policy is more relaxed than before, and will be temporary.  

 

PLEASE NOTE

 

If anyone refuses to do any of the things above, that I consider necessary to keep clients and staff safe, I will refuse you treatment, and you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost.
